With the design system still in its infancy, many components were either missing or underdeveloped. This required extensive collaboration with Chewy's design and development teams to build new components and refine existing ones, ensuring they met both functional requirements and accessibility standards.
I focused on account orders, a critical touchpoint handling millions of customer interactions monthly. This essential feature enables customers to track purchases, access product details, and manage their orders. The implementation required careful consideration of responsive design principles, ensuring seamless functionality across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices while maintaining all existing features and improving the overall user experience.
